Bare minimum experience. They do not clean the coils or the debris from the bottom of the unit. When I called to complain, they said that’s not included. It’s an upcharge. I’ve used other companies and they ALWAYS clean the coils and debris. They ended the phone call hoping I would give them a 5 star rating and asked if I was satisfied.
