After going the wrong route, I decided to give a call to the same company that installed the original ac unit. Should've been the first call. The gentleman came within two hours of my original call, extremely pleasant and professional, diagnosed the issue within 30 minutes along with a detailed analysis of other services that I would greatly benefit from, and completed the task I needed within another 30 minutes. Mr. Luis Cuellar was very knowledgeable, prompt and friendly and set up our estimator to come out since our mini split will need to be replaced. He took his time to make sure I understood everything. I would recommend+ My installers justin and Eric did a wonderful job. They explained how to operate the mini split once it was installed. They were very tidy ( wore booties over shoes and placed canvas on my floor) they were very polite. Can't say enough about this company.
