Excellent from calling all the way till the technician left. Have been a customer since 2016. Have had to get 2 new units through Stuart Pro Heating and Air (not their fault). Had issues with one unit but was a manufacturer defect, which they promptly found and fixed. They offer bi-annual maintenance plans which is so wonderful! They're quick to get a tech out usually less than 36 hours after calling! No issues and always refer them. Side note - they also send you pics of the people that are going to be coming to your home, which is a nice step in feeling safe letting someone enter. As well as very well marked vehicles.

I needed a new A/C unit and Jahir Barrera-Paz and team member Amado did a great job within a reasonable amount of time. They were very efficient and informative with all my questions and recommendations. Thanks Guys!

We decided to update our total heating and air system. Miguel was the installation leader. The original estimate was for 7 hours. Miguel and his team beat that by 2 hours. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and very efficient they performed excellently and made sure we’re were in great shape before they left. I highly recommend this team and Miguel.

Mayckol Gamez was our technician and he did a wonderful job. Our main level HVAC unit was not dehumidifying very well. Mayckol listened to our issues attentively and went about making adjustments to our system that addressed the issue and the unit is now running better than we expected. Humidity is now staying in the mid 40s and the house is so much more comfortable. Great job Mayckol !!! We want to make sure you also for our service work every spring and fall also.
