AUGUST 2026 Recently we scheduled our annual inspection, & the tech was Erasmo Becerra. We could not be more pleased with the service he provided. We have had a problem balancing temps throughout our house since we purchased our house in Nov 2023, & particularly in 1 room. Erasmo took the time to balance that room the way we wanted it. He was very through in his inspection & feedback. I noted his name so I can ask for him the next time I need to schedule an HVAC tech. Erasmo did a fantastic job!

Jessie was on time and very knowledgeable. He kept my house clean and gave step by step of what he was doing. I will request him for my next service

Erasmo was an incredible technician. He helped us understand our system as we just moved in. He found some minor repairs and showed us what to plan for. Overall I had the best experience I have ever had with an HVAC company!! I will request him always and never use another company. Daniel provided a detailed explanation of what the issue was and how best to fix the problem. He also explained how long it would take for the air conditioning to return to normal and how long it may take to reach desired temperature in the house. He routinely checked in to make sure everything was functioning correctly while still on site.

We had the pleasure of working with Caleb and Jesus at Stuart Pro Heating & Air and they went above and beyond for our family! We were waiting on a part for our AC repair, and unfortunately, it took longer than expected to arrive. As soon as the part came in, Caleb personally called me to let me know and immediately came out to meet Jesus that afternoon so they could get started on the repair that day. With the extreme temperatures we had been dealing with, he made sure we didn't have to spend another night without AC. As the Service Manager, Caleb didn't just oversee the job—he personally came out, got it started, made sure Jesus had everything he needed and stayed involved to ensure we were taken care of. He even reached the next day to make sure the AC was running properly. Jesus was also fantastic. He was professional, knowledgeable, hardworking and took the time to make sure everything was done correctly. We truly appreciated his attention to detail and the care he put into his work. What stood out most was that Caleb and Jesus genuinely cared about getting our issue resolved. They didn't treat us like just another service call—they went the extra mile to make sure our family was taken care of an that made a big difference! Thank you, Caleb and Jesus, for going above and beyond and for turning what could have been an incredibly frustrating experience into such a positive one. We truly appreciate the culture of customer service and care that Stuart Pro has cultivated and they are lucky to have both of you on their team!
