After an inspection, I was told that a part had failed due to a manufacturing defect. Although the part was covered under warranty, the labor cost was initially going to be around $1,700. I had the opportunity to speak with Jesse Galván and express my concerns. I am extremely grateful for his professionalism, understanding, and the way he handled the situation. Stuart Mechanical repaired my AC at no cost to me, and I truly appreciate Jesse and the company for standing behind their service and making things right. Excellent customer service!

Responsive, Punctual, Professional. Quoting - Jerry was very patient and provided a detailed quote based on my home's need (replacing existing HVAC). Installation - Eric and team were awesome. Ensured the floors were protected and cleaned up afterwards along with explaining various features of the system. Overall awesome experience!! Got a few quotes on same brand and another brand and they were the best around for the price and work that was needed. I was able to pick different options and installation was done quickly. Jerry addressed my questions along my decision to finalize the system. My installers Eric and team, did an amazing job and thank them for awesome service. So far too early but my system is running quietly and cooler than before.

Glad we called and got a 2nd opinion. It saved us thousands of dollars.

Excellent service. I met with Jake and he did a great job serving my water heater and installing a new pressure valve which was already broke.i would recommend them for both their service quality and prices.

Good service and excellent customer service

As you know, Georgia has up and down weather. After a storm 2 years ago both my HVAC units stopped working. After reaching out to several companies with no success, I was able to connect with Stuart Pro who helped me replace my downstairs unit. Nathaniel helped me find the best unit to get back track with keeping my home cool in this hot heat and prepare for fall which was brutal last year. I recommend them highly as the price was not an arm and a leg and installation didn't take a full day. I will definitely follow up with them when I'm ready to have the upstairs unit replaced as well.

The service today was amazing from the technician. Mo, from Stuart Pro was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. He showed me and explained everything that he done. He made sure all my questions were answered. Really appreciate him, very helpful.

Erasmo was an incredible technician. He helped us understand our system as we just moved in. He found some minor repairs and showed us what to plan for. Overall I had the best experience I have ever had with an HVAC company!! I will request him always and never use another company. Stuart Pro Heating is top notch and hire very competent, friendly, knowledgeable, and a hard worker.
